AP Biology

AP Biology is a rigorous, college-level course designed for highly motivated high school students interested in advanced life sciences. Using the widely respected textbook Campbell Biology AP Edition by Lisa A. Urry, Michael L. Cain, Steven A. Wasserman, Peter V. Minorsky, and Jane B. Reece, students explore the major principles that unify modern biology, including evolution, cellular processes, genetics, ecology, and organismal systems.

This course is AP authorized and listed on the AP ledger for you to list on your transcript. The instructor is an AP approved grader and authorized teacher. 

This class is a discussion-based, Socratic, interactive format.  Throughout the course, students develop the analytical and investigative skills required for college science courses.
