Lucy Je

Hi! I’m Lucy, a native Korean speaker from Busan with over 20 years of experience teaching Korean and Japanese to learners of all ages.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in International Management and Japanese, a master’s degree in International Business Administration, and have completed coursework for a second bachelor’s degree in Education and Korean Language and Literature. I also completed Korean language teacher training and bring extensive experience teaching both language and culture.

My classes are welcoming, interactive, and tailored to each learner’s goals and level, from complete beginners learning Hangul to advanced learners refining their Korean. I can support everyday conversation, reading and writing, travel Korean, Korean culture, business Korean, heritage-language learning, and Korean-language preparation for academic or university-related goals.
