Korean Language and Culture

Hello! My name is Stella, and I’m really looking forward to meeting you in my Korean class. I grew up in Korea and have lived in the United States for many years, so I enjoy sharing both cultures with my students. I’ve taught Korean to both children and adults, and nothing makes me happier than seeing students feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely excited about learning a new language.

My classes are warm, interactive, and encouraging. I want learners to feel relaxed enough to try speaking, make mistakes, and have fun. We focus on useful Korean expressions, real conversation practice, and cultural moments that make the language come alive. Whether you’re just starting out or already know a bit of Korean, I adjust my lessons to support each learner at their own pace.

I’ve worked in various teaching environments and have also created curriculum for Korean language programs, so I enjoy designing lessons that are meaningful and easy to follow. My goal is to make every class a place where learners grow—in language skills, curiosity, and confidence.
