Our next adventure in South Korea involved a couple's escape back to Seoul for the day to celebrate Ethan's birthday. We left the kids with Ethan's family and drove back into Seoul to the Lotte Tower, the 5th tallest building in the world. This tower stands above Seoul and can be seen from any direction. At the base is a huge mall, luxury stores, restaurants, an amusement park, a sculpture garden, a lake...so much fun. This trip, however, we took the elevator up to the 81st floor to dine at Bicena, a Michelin star restaurant with incredible views. The food is Korean inspired fine dining. Our reservation time allowed us to have daytime, sunset, and night time views of Seoul. It was such a fun experience!
