Sunny Jo

Hi everyone! I’m Sunny, your Korean teacher.

I’m a native Korean speaker, born and raised in South Korea, where I’ve spent most of my life.

I’ve always been passionate about languages and literature, which led me to major in Korean Language and Literature at university. Through my studies, I gained a deep understanding of the Korean language, literature, and culture. More recently, I completed a Korean teaching training program organized by a government-affiliated institution, where I learned effective methods for teaching Korean as a foreign language.

In my classes, I focus on making learning fun and interactive! We’ll practice real-life conversations, work on pronunciation, and explore Korean culture to understand the language in context. My goal is to help you feel confident speaking Korean while having fun along the way. I hope to inspire my students to develop a genuine interest in Korean and enjoy the journey of learning this beautiful language.
